Job Qualifications

- previous experience in customer service or veterinary setting preferred

- proficiency with scheduling software and basic computer skills

Job Duties
- greet visitors and answer telephones
- guide clients and their pets to exam rooms
- schedule and confirm appointments
- place outbound calls for follow-ups and prospective clients
- present and explain fees including processing payments
- recommend and obtain products and services including prescriptions
- answer questions regarding products and services including educating clients on general animal care
- manage medical records charts reports and correspondence
- perform hospital maintenance including removal of animal waste and facility cleanliness
