Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and via email
- Schedule appointments, manage patient check-ins/check-outs, and process payments
- Educate clients on hospital services, wellness plans, and pet care
- Maintain accurate patient records and handle administrative tasks efficiently
- Assist in handling client concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Work collaboratively with veterinary teams to ensure smooth hospital operations
