Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of experience in a veterinary or customer service role
- Ability to work four 10-hour days per week including at least one weekend day
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Capability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Comfort working with animals and in a veterinary environment
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a veterinary receptionist or client service role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with scheduling software

Job Duties
- Greet clients and pets warmly upon arrival
- Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations
- Process patient check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Handle telephone and in-person inquiries professionally
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and patient records
- Assist with billing, payments, and insurance claims
- Facilitate smooth communication between veterinary staff and clients
- Support front desk operations and administrative tasks
- Educate clients on hospital policies, preventive care, and follow-up procedures
