- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service or veterinary setting preferred
- strong communication skills
- ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- proficiency with computer and scheduling software
- passion for animals
- ability to work full time, day shift, 36-40 hours per week

Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and via email
- schedule appointments, manage patient check-ins/check-outs, and process payments
- educate clients on hospital services, wellness plans, and pet care
- maintain accurate patient records and handle administrative tasks efficiently
- assist in handling client concerns with professionalism and empathy
- work collaboratively with veterinary teams to ensure smooth hospital operations
