Job Requirements

  • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to handle unpleasant odors and noises
  • comfortable with exposure to bites, scratches, animal waste and potentially contagious diseases
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • proficiency in computer usage
  • strong organizational abilities
  • ability to provide emotional support under stressful conditions
  • availability to work flexible hours

Job Duties

  • Maintain the visual appeal of the hospital reception area
  • greet and welcome clients and patients
  • answer questions and triage client concerns
  • answer calls or emails and direct to the appropriate party for resolution
  • schedule appointments to maximize efficiency and daily flow
  • check in and check out clients and process payments
  • offer friendly emotional support to clients in a compassionate and discreet manner during times of need
