Job Duties
- Greet clients with warmth, empathy, and professionalism
- Schedule and manage appointments to keep daily operations running smoothly
- Communicate with clients in person and via a multi-line phone system
- Process payments and maintain accurate client and financial records
- Learn and use veterinary terminology to support clear and effective communication
- Enter and update information in electronic medical records with accuracy and attention to detail
- Answer questions and provide helpful guidance about hospital services
- Support the veterinary team by ensuring clear, compassionate client communication
