Job Duties
- Manage client schedules and document pet interactions
- provide detailed information about veterinary services, grooming, daycare, boarding, and retail offerings
- welcome pets and their parents, ensuring a smooth check-in process
- handle calls, answer client inquiries, and resolve concerns professionally
- process financial transactions accurately
- maintain cleanliness standards and contribute to the upkeep of the welcoming environment
- assist in ensuring animals receive proper care, including food, water, and enrichment activities
