Job Requirements

  • Previous veterinary experience required

  • previous customer service experience
  • knowledge of basic animal behavior
  • exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • proficiency in technology
  • strength and stamina to interact with pets
  • commitment to cleanliness, collaboration, and adaptability
  • desire to become Fear Free and HABRI certified

Job Duties

  • Manage client schedules and document pet interactions
  • provide detailed information about veterinary services, grooming, daycare, boarding, and retail offerings
  • welcome pets and their parents, ensuring a smooth check-in process
  • handle calls, answer client inquiries, and resolve concerns professionally
  • process financial transactions accurately
  • maintain cleanliness standards and contribute to the upkeep of our welcoming environment
  • assist in ensuring animals receive proper care, including food, water, and enrichment activities
