Job Duties

  • Manage client schedules and document pet interactions
  • Provide detailed information about veterinary services, grooming, daycare, boarding, and retail offerings
  • Welcome pets and their parents, ensuring a smooth check-in process
  • Handle calls, answer client inquiries, and resolve concerns professionally
  • Process financial transactions accurately
  • Maintain cleanliness standards and contribute to the upkeep of our welcoming environment
  • Assist in ensuring animals receive proper care, including food, water, and enrichment activities
