Job Requirements
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
- at least 1 year of experience in a veterinary or similar customer-facing role preferred
- ability to handle unpleasant odors and noises
- comfortable with potential exposure to bites, scratches, animal waste and diseases
- strong communication skills
- proficiency in computer usage
- ability to multitask effectively
- willingness to provide compassionate support to clients and patients
Job Qualifications
- Experienced receptionist with a minimum of 1-year veterinary experience preferred

Job Duties
- Maintain the visual appeal or the hospital reception area
- greet and welcome clients and patients
- answer questions and triage client concerns
- answer calls or emails and direct to the appropriate party for resolution
- schedule appointments to maximize efficiency and daily flow
- check in and check out clients and process payments
- offer friendly emotional support in a compassionate and discreet manner during times of need
