Job Duties
- Provide excellent and expeditious client experience
- Greet clients and respond to questions
- Process incoming and outgoing pets
- Handle payments
- Answer phone calls including questions, screening for service needs, and scheduling appointments
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and e-mail
- Monitor client waiting area to ensure cleanliness
- Document and maintain client information, service data, and other pertinent information within business operations software
- Escalate complex matters to senior staff
