Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
experience in customer service or related field
excellent verbal and written communication skills
strong organizational and multitasking abilities
proficiency with computer systems and software
availability to work some weekends and holidays
ability to demonstrate empathy and professionalism under pressure

familiarity with veterinary software preferred

Job Duties

manage a multi-line phone system
greet clients with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
maintain accurate medical records
schedule and manage appointment calendars
handle financial transactions with accuracy
educate clients on preventative care and hospital services
demonstrate empathy and respect in all client interactions
