- Provide excellent and expeditious client experience
- greet clients and respond to questions
- process incoming and outgoing pets
- handle payments
- answer phone calls including answering questions, screening for service needs, and scheduling appointments
- handle incoming and outgoing mail and e-mail
- monitor client waiting area to ensure cleanliness
- document and maintain client information and service data within business operations software
- escalate complex matters to senior staff
