Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a medical or veterinary front desk role
Basic understanding of veterinary terminology
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to handle sensitive topics with empathy
Detail-oriented and organized
Ability to work Monday-Friday and alternating Saturdays

Job Qualifications

Previous experience in a medical or veterinary front desk, receptionist, or administrative assistant role
Basic knowledge of veterinary terminology and procedures
Comfort discussing sensitive topics (e.g., end-of-life care, financial discussions) with empathy
Ability to maintain a calm, professional, and positive demeanor
