Job Duties

  • Provide excellent and expeditious client experience
  • greet clients and respond to questions
  • process incoming and outgoing pets
  • handle payments
  • answer phone calls, screen for service needs, and schedule appointments
  • handle incoming and outgoing mail and e-mail
  • monitor client waiting area to ensure cleanliness
  • document and maintain client information and service data within business operations software
  • escalate complex matters to senior staff
