Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant veterinary customer service experience preferred
  • Availability to work full-time including weekends

Job Duties

  • Greet clients and their pets warmly to create exceptional first impressions
  • Manage multi-line phone systems and communication with accuracy and compassion
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments effectively
  • Handle check-ins and check-outs with proper documentation
  • Coordinate with veterinary departments to ensure smooth patient flow
  • Maintain a clean, inviting, and organized reception area
  • Document and relay important information accurately
