Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 3+ years of relevant veterinary customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work full-time including weekends
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task efficiently
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Computer and multi-line phone system proficiency
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure

Job Duties
- Greet clients and their pets warmly to create exceptional first impressions
- Manage multi-line phone systems and communication with accuracy and compassion
- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments effectively
- Handle check-ins and check-outs with proper documentation
- Coordinate with veterinary departments to ensure smooth patient flow
- Maintain a clean, inviting, and organized reception area
- Document and relay important information accurately
