Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in a veterinary or customer service environment preferred
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to use computer software related to scheduling and billing
  • willingness to work varying hours typically 37-40 hours per week
  • ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • positive attitude and passion for animal care

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in a veterinary or customer service role preferred
  • excellent communication skills
  • proficiency with computer systems and scheduling software

Job Duties

  • Greet clients and their pets upon arrival
  • answer phones and manage appointment scheduling
  • assist with client check-in and check-out processes
  • maintain accurate client and patient records
  • communicate effectively with veterinary staff
  • handle payment transactions and billing
  • provide exceptional customer service and support
