Job Requirements

- Minimum 1 year experience in veterinary or customer-facing role
- Excellent communication skills
- Compassionate and professional attitude
- Strong telephone and computer proficiency
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Preferred experience with Practice Management Systems

Job Duties
- Answer the practice phone and route calls appropriately
- Maintain hospital appointment calendar including scheduling and reviewing online bookings
- Greet all visitors and clients by name and notify technical staff upon their arrival
- Monitor wait times and adjust accommodations during busy or emergency situations
- Participate in training new staff and sharing knowledge
- Ensure waiting area is clean and well-stocked, using disinfectants when necessary
- Confirm appointments with clients using their preferred communication method
- Provide backup support to technical staff when required
