Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a veterinary setting
- Familiarity with veterinary terminology or willingness to learn
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and empathetic skills

- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Qualifications
