Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a veterinary setting
  • Familiarity with veterinary terminology or willingness to learn
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and empathetic skills
