Job Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year veterinary medicine experience required
- Customer service experience required
- Knowledge of general office practices and procedures
- Ability to perform clerical work with speed and accuracy
- Experience assembling patient records and entering information accurately
- Ability to complete tasks without direct supervision
- Demonstrated empathy toward clients
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Commitment to outstanding client service
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds independently and over 40 pounds with assistance
- Ability to work energetically for shifts sometimes exceeding 10 hours
- Preferred knowledge of veterinary medical terminology and procedures
- Preferred typing speed of 45 words per minute and ability to use a 10-key adding machine
Job Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent

Job Duties
- Answer and route calls using a multi-line phone system
- Greet clients and patients warmly and professionally
- Schedule appointments and provide pre-visit instructions
- Address client questions or concerns and escalate when needed
- Review and explain invoices, take payments, and manage client records
- Assist with check-in and discharge of patients
- Communicate medical instructions from the team to clients
