Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- passion for animal welfare and customer service
- ability to work well in a team environment
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- willingness to travel to multiple clinic locations
- eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
- previous experience in pet care or customer service is a plus
Job Duties
- greet pet parents at clinic locations and provide excellent customer service
- recommend appropriate pet care services to protect pets
- assist veterinarians in administering veterinary services
- support the team in daily tasks and operations
- travel to assigned Petco clinic locations as required
- maintain knowledge of pet health and wellness products and services
- uphold Petco's core values in all interactions
