Job Requirements
- College degree preferred but not required
- Prior experience in vessel operations port agency or maritime logistics preferred
- Reliable transportation and a good driving record required
- Availability to work 24 hours including weekends and holidays as needed
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and time-sensitive operations effectively

Job Duties
- Prepare and submit documentation required by US government agencies including US Customs Border Protection the US Department of Agriculture and the US Coast Guard
- Enter and clear vessels through US Customs Border Protection
- Prepare and distribute cargo documents related to vessel cargo operations
- Coordinate and communicate vessel arrival and departure schedules with pilots tugs line handlers stevedores and terminals
- Coordinate various vessel services requested by owners or captains with approval from the Agency Department Manager
- Manage vessel operations during after-hours weekends and holidays as required
