Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
- Flexibility in scheduling
- Work authorization in the United States

- Maintain station charts and cover counts for restaurant workload balancing
- Ensure compliance with Four Seasons policies and standards
- Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors
- Provide exceptional customer service to achieve maximum guest satisfaction
- Assist in managing guest flow during peak hours
