- prior experience in a similar food and beverage role advantageous
- ability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- assist the food server in providing an expertly served dining experience
- clear tables and reset them neatly, rapidly, and completely according to specification
- perform side work such as polishing silverware and refilling condiment containers
- crumb tables to ensure cleanliness
- maintain an inviting dining environment
- lift up to 40 pounds as required
- work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
