Job Duties
- Conduct engaging and informative tours of our wedding venues for prospective clients
- Highlight the unique features, amenities, and benefits of each venue
- Answer questions about the venue and refer prospective clients to a product specialist for pricing and specific package information
- Build rapport with clients and understand their specific needs and preferences
- Assist clients in visualizing their wedding day at our venues
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless client experience
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our venues, services, and competitive advantages
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients
- Other duties as assigned
