Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in sales, hospitality, event planning, or related field preferred

Job Duties

  • Conduct engaging and informative tours of our wedding venues for prospective clients
  • Highlight the unique features, amenities, and benefits of each venue
  • Answer questions about the venue and refer prospective clients to a product specialist for pricing and specific package information
  • Build rapport with clients and understand their specific needs and preferences
  • Assist clients in visualizing their wedding day at our venues
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless client experience
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our venues, services, and competitive advantages
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients
  • Other duties as assigned
