Job Requirements
- Ability to walk, bend, reach, stoop, lift and carry 50+ lbs for prolonged periods
- Willingness to work outdoors in variable weather conditions
- Capacity to work on both weekdays and weekends
- Willingness to engage with unpleasant odors and dirty tasks
- Basic understanding of sustainability principles preferred

Job Duties
- Participate in venue sustainability supervisor onboarding and training
- Assist with venue sustainability crew training and oversight
- Be onsite during pre-season venue setup to ensure zero waste procedures are in place
- Assist in mid and post-show waste sorting of recycling, composting, donations, and landfill materials
- Be available to work on show and non-show days including weekdays and weekends
- Oversee material sorting process to increase resource recovery and landfill diversion
- Maintain clean sorting area and support post-show pick after each event
- Step in to oversee sustainability processes when venue sustainability manager is unavailable
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the venue sustainability manager
