- Minimum 2 years of customer service or event experience, preferably in hospitality or retail
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Demonstrated leadership skills for directing on-site staff when necessary
- Tech-savvy with ability to use smartphone apps including WhatsApp
- Reliable and punctual with excellent judgment
- Proactive problem solver who stays calm under pressure
- Team player with strong collaboration skills
Job Duties
- Set up and take down signage, check-in tables, and merchandise displays, charge devices
- Greet and check in guests, answer questions, and ensure a seamless audience experience
- Facilitate merchandise sales, track inventory as needed, report issues, request additional assets and merchandise
- Monitor event flow and quickly resolve any on-site issues
- Maintain timely communication with the Venue Operations team and venue staff, relay concerns, and provide feedback for improvement
