Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs or more
- Ability to walk and climb stairs constantly
- Valid work authorization in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
- Willingness to adhere to safety regulations
- Ability to work independently
- Flexibility to perform various maintenance and housekeeping tasks
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- AA degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance preferred
- Highly motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as walking, climbing stairs, and lifting 50 lbs or more
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
Job Duties
- Assist in the setup and teardown of 100% of venue assets for all events including chairs, tables, tents, signage
- Perform day to day cleaning and housekeeping duties around the venue and site
- Diagnose safety issues and prevent potential hazards
- Perform regular preventive maintenance on site, buildings, and landscaping
- Detect faulty operations or defective materials and report them to supervision
- Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean, orderly work areas
- Operate forklifts or other company vehicles as required
- Restock and clean guest-facing areas including restrooms
- Keep equipment clean and assist with general cleaning duties
- Ensure site and outbuildings are prepared before gates open
- Participate in venue sustainability programs
- Partner with team members to close venue by collecting recyclables and storing equipment
- Complete additional tasks assigned by management
