Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in hospitality, attractions, live entertainment, or related field
  • Experience supporting operations, vendor management, or budgeting
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Solutions oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Support site leadership in executing operational standards, policies, and procedures
  • Assist in managing daily workflows, schedules, and operational priorities
  • Ensure consistency in execution across multiple locations
  • Support site teams with inspection, audit, and compliance preparation
  • Assist with operational readiness leading up to openings or key milestones
  • Travel to site locations to support teams and ongoing operations
  • Ensure all signage is unkempt, aligned with current initiatives and on brand by partnering with creative team
  • Monitor rollout progress of new initiatives and adjust quickly if necessary
  • Communicate clearly and proactively with the director
  • Conduct routine walkthroughs to ensure the space is guest ready and compliant with standards
  • Assist in sourcing and onboarding third-party vendors
  • Maintain vendor documentation and agreements
  • Coordinate vendor communications and deliverables
  • Monitor vendor performance and service levels
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and improved efficiency
  • Support vendor audits and evaluation of new suppliers
  • Track multiple operational projects across locations
  • Maintain timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • Coordinate cross-functional project needs and updates
  • Document action items and ensure follow-through
  • Provide status updates to stakeholders
  • Compile daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
  • Compile and distribute financial reporting across sites
  • Track expenses, invoices, and budget allocations
  • Support invoice processing and payment tracking
  • Monitor expenses to ensure alignment with budgets
  • Assist in identifying trends and reporting insights
  • Support development and documentation of SOPs
  • Maintain operational process documentation
  • Assist in rolling out updated policies and procedures
  • Identify gaps or inefficiencies in current processes
  • Recommend improvements to drive consistency and efficiency
  • Support recruiting, interviewing, and hiring processes
  • Assist with onboarding and training of new hires
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and team communications
  • Support travel planning and logistics as needed
  • Provide general administrative and operational support
