  • Minimum of two years experience in customer service
  • Minimum of two years experience in food and beverage
  • Excellent telephone etiquette
  • Exceptional guest recovery skills
  • Enjoy interacting with people in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Possess a positive attitude
  • Willing to participate in a learning environment
  • Ability to integrate company values in all interactions
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new software products
  • Dependable and available to work weekends, nights and holidays based on business demands

Job Duties

  • Assist the Restaurant General Manager in developing, implementing, and maintaining quality service standards
  • Ensure food and beverages are served in a professional and timely manner
  • Monitor the setup and maintenance of the department to ensure all side work is complete
  • Interact with guests to ensure a positive guest experience
  • Attend daily pre-meal meetings
  • Conduct ongoing service training of department associates
  • Assist in the completion of daily shift tasks
  • Perform all other assigned duties
