Job Duties

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies that highlight the value and versatility of the venues
  • Manage and grow social media presence to reach potential renters and industry professionals
  • Create compelling graphics, brochures, and digital content that showcase the spaces
  • Conduct outreach to performing arts organizations, concert promoters, and event producers
  • Build and maintain relationships with community partners and industry contacts to generate leads and repeat rentals
  • Track marketing efforts and recommend improvements to increase bookings
  • Collaborate with the rentals group to connect clients with the appropriate booking coordinators and suggest suitable venues
  • Provide regular updates to leadership regarding marketing initiatives and results
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in venue marketing and recommend industry best practices
