Job Requirements
- Experience in marketing and/or social media management
- Experience working as an Event Coordinator, Marketing Coordinator, or Event Planner
- Experience in venue or event marketing
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and social media advertising platforms
- Ability to interact professionally with clients and community members
- Ability to promote events using traditional and digital marketing channels

- Ability to effectively promote events to target audiences, using both traditional and digital channels
- Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies, coupled with a creative mindset to conceive and implement unique event ideas
Job Duties
- Develop and implement marketing strategies that highlight the value and versatility of the venues
- Manage and grow social media presence to reach potential renters and industry professionals
- Create compelling graphics, brochures, and digital content that showcase the spaces
- Conduct outreach to performing arts organizations, concert promoters, and event producers
- Build and maintain relationships with community partners and industry contacts to generate leads and repeat rentals
- Track marketing efforts and recommend improvements to increase bookings
- Collaborate with the rentals group to connect clients with the appropriate booking coordinators and suggest suitable venues
- Provide regular updates to leadership regarding marketing initiatives and results
- Serve as a subject matter expert in venue marketing and recommend industry best practices
