Job Requirements

  • high school diploma ged or equivalent
  • two to three years experience in audio visual or hospitality industry
  • two years advanced audio and visual experience in theatrical or live event settings
  • strong technical aptitude including equipment setup strike and operation
  • excellent organizational and communication skills
  • basic computer proficiency including ms office and it device management
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally

Job Qualifications

  • two to three years of prior experience in the audio visual or hospitality industry
  • two years advanced audio and visual experience in a theatrical or live event environment
  • strong technical aptitude including audio visual equipment setup strike and operation
  • excellent organization skills
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • basic computer skills including ms office networking it device management pc and mac operations
  • proficiency with powerpoint keynote and internet usage

Job Duties

  • oversee daily floor operation including set and strike equipment for each event as required
  • operate equipment in a live show setting as needed
  • greet guests and clients before events and provide clear instructions on equipment operation
  • maintain continuous communication with clients to ensure event success
  • complete flow sheets, schedules, and purchase orders for equipment delivery and labor
  • ensure all inventory is in good working order and rental condition
  • comply with and enforce company security and safety measures
  • maintain accurate client event information in the billing and event order system
  • review invoices with clients and obtain signatures on invoices and add-ons
  • manage venue inventory and secure equipment from theft or damage
  • report any lost, stolen, or damaged equipment immediately
  • ensure all company areas are clean, organized, and compliant with standards
  • perform other duties as assigned
