Job Requirements
- high school diploma ged or equivalent
- two to three years experience in audio visual or hospitality industry
- two years advanced audio and visual experience in theatrical or live event settings
- strong technical aptitude including equipment setup strike and operation
- excellent organizational and communication skills
- basic computer proficiency including ms office and it device management
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally

- proficiency with powerpoint keynote and internet usage
Job Duties
- oversee daily floor operation including set and strike equipment for each event as required
- operate equipment in a live show setting as needed
- greet guests and clients before events and provide clear instructions on equipment operation
- maintain continuous communication with clients to ensure event success
- complete flow sheets, schedules, and purchase orders for equipment delivery and labor
- ensure all inventory is in good working order and rental condition
- comply with and enforce company security and safety measures
- maintain accurate client event information in the billing and event order system
- review invoices with clients and obtain signatures on invoices and add-ons
- manage venue inventory and secure equipment from theft or damage
- report any lost, stolen, or damaged equipment immediately
- ensure all company areas are clean, organized, and compliant with standards
- perform other duties as assigned
