Job Requirements

  • At least a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in retail or venue management
  • Proven leadership and team management capabilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze sales data and performance metrics
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to retail and food service
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
  • Basic knowledge of golf and related equipment preferred

Job Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the sports or food and beverage industries
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales and achieve business objectives
  • Experience with inventory management and visual merchandising
  • Knowledge of golf equipment and apparel is a plus
  • Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties

  • Manage all aspects of the retail store including sales, inventory, merchandising, and customer service
  • Oversee the food and beverage service including menu development, ordering, and inventory management
  • Hire, train, and manage a team of employees to ensure exceptional customer service and operational efficiency
  • Develop and implement marketing and promotional initiatives to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store environment
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and food handling guidelines
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and partners
