Job Requirements
- At least a high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years experience in retail or venue management
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and performance metrics
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to retail and food service
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
- Basic knowledge of golf and related equipment preferred
Job Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the sports or food and beverage industries
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales and achieve business objectives
- Experience with inventory management and visual merchandising
- Knowledge of golf equipment and apparel is a plus
- Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Duties
- Manage all aspects of the retail store including sales, inventory, merchandising, and customer service
- Oversee the food and beverage service including menu development, ordering, and inventory management
- Hire, train, and manage a team of employees to ensure exceptional customer service and operational efficiency
- Develop and implement marketing and promotional initiatives to drive sales and customer engagement
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store environment
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and food handling guidelines
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and partners
