Job Requirements

Availability for full-time commitment during the tournament period
ability to work in San Francisco, CA
legal authorization to work in the United States
high school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor’s degree preferred
physical ability to perform long hours on-site
strong problem-solving skills
prior experience in venue or event management

Job Qualifications

Proven experience in event operations or hospitality management
strong organizational and leadership skills
excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-profile environment
experience managing large teams or complex logistics
flexibility to work extended hours and weekends
familiarity with FIFA or similar sporting event standards preferred

Job Duties

Oversee venue operations and ensure compliance with FIFA standards
coordinate logistics, catering, infrastructure, and workforce planning
manage day-to-day activities during match-time and related events
collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless experiences
supervise staff and vendors to maintain high service quality
monitor safety and security protocols
report operational progress to senior management
