Job Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent
  • Previous experience in hospitality, event coordination, or customer service preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or event management software is a plus

Job Duties

  • Coordinate and oversee setup, execution, and breakdown of events in food and beverage including weddings, corporate functions, and social gatherings
  • Act as the primary on-site contact for clients during events, ensuring all requests and needs are addressed promptly
  • Work closely with catering, operations, and facilities teams to align logistics and timelines
  • Assist in managing vendor arrivals, deliveries, and compliance with venue guidelines
  • Conduct pre- and post-event inspections to ensure venue readiness and cleanliness
  • Maintain event records, floor plans, and timelines
  • Monitor event schedules, anticipate issues, and provide solutions in real-time
  • Support administrative tasks such as updating calendars, confirming bookings, and assisting with client communications as needed
