Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality, event coordination, or customer service preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or event management software is a plus

Job Duties
- Coordinate and oversee setup, execution, and breakdown of events in food and beverage including weddings, corporate functions, and social gatherings
- Act as the primary on-site contact for clients during events, ensuring all requests and needs are addressed promptly
- Work closely with catering, operations, and facilities teams to align logistics and timelines
- Assist in managing vendor arrivals, deliveries, and compliance with venue guidelines
- Conduct pre- and post-event inspections to ensure venue readiness and cleanliness
- Maintain event records, floor plans, and timelines
- Monitor event schedules, anticipate issues, and provide solutions in real-time
- Support administrative tasks such as updating calendars, confirming bookings, and assisting with client communications as needed
