Job Requirements
- High school degree
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and flexible hours
- Physical ability to lift and move equipment
- Previous experience in events, hospitality, or customer service preferred
- Strong communication skills

Job Duties
- Act as a point of contact for clients, vendors, and guests, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues during events
- Provide on-site assistance during events to ensure operations run efficiently and clients/guests are satisfied
- Give tours of the venue to potential clients to assist the sales process
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, safety, and functionality of the venue throughout events
- Support administrative tasks such as building tour materials, imputing tour notes post tours and responding to emails or phone calls
- Uphold venue policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations
- Assist in setting up and breaking down events, ensuring all areas are properly organized and meet client expectations
