Job Requirements

  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and flexible hours
  • Physical ability to lift and move equipment
  • Previous experience in events, hospitality, or customer service preferred
  • Strong communication skills

Job Duties

  • Act as a point of contact for clients, vendors, and guests, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues during events
  • Provide on-site assistance during events to ensure operations run efficiently and clients/guests are satisfied
  • Give tours of the venue to potential clients to assist the sales process
  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness, safety, and functionality of the venue throughout events
  • Support administrative tasks such as building tour materials, imputing tour notes post tours and responding to emails or phone calls
  • Uphold venue policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations
  • Assist in setting up and breaking down events, ensuring all areas are properly organized and meet client expectations
