Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- At least three years of experience working in customer service
- Prior experience in a customer service-focused industry, event management, restaurant, and/or food service environment
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work evening and weekend hours
- Outgoing demeanor with strong customer skills

Job Duties
- Attend and actively provide support before, during and immediately after auditorium performances
- Identify and work to resolve issues and emergencies that may occur
- Coordinate and communicate with Box Office, Stage Management, Volunteers, and staff during performances, ensuring the proper start time and delivery of performance
- Keep track of the safety, follow fire code requirements
- Alert custodians of locations needing attention in the facility
- Assist box office with tickets and patrons
- Perform other duties as assigned
