Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum of 3 years in technical support
  • experience with IT infrastructure and systems management
  • proficiency with cloud architectures and server technologies
  • knowledge of enterprise systems such as point of sale and Microsoft Suite
  • experience with virtualization and enterprise storage solutions
  • advanced Windows OS administration skills
  • ability to develop scripts for automation
  • familiarity with TCP/IP, telephone systems, and ticketing platforms
  • ability to work flexible shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in information management, computer science, computer systems engineering, business administration, mathematics, or a related field or equivalent experience
  • minimum of 3 years of relevant work in a technical support role
  • minimum of 3 years of related experience in the implementation, management, and maintenance of information technology infrastructure and IT systems including cloud architectures, server technologies, communication technologies, LANs, WANs, telephone, voice, video, and data communication systems
  • working knowledge of enterprise systems such as point of sale and Microsoft Productivity Suite
  • strong knowledge of virtualization technologies and enterprise storage solutions including AWS
  • advanced Windows OS administration experience and proficiency with Microsoft products including Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint
  • ability to support a wide range of on-premise and cloud-based applications and servers, develop and implement scripting for automation, and install hardware and software including desktops and servers
  • familiarity with TCP/IP networking, telephone systems, and ticketing platforms
  • relevant network and cloud technology certifications preferred
  • ability to support a work schedule that will include days, nights, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules

Job Duties

  • Serve as administrator for all point-of-sale systems and ancillary systems including training, reporting, documentation, and user access
  • implement technology solutions for operations ensuring alignment with overall technology standards, strategy, and requirements
  • manage and coordinate service providers for successful delivery of technology services supporting business needs
  • support new unit openings and seasonal operational closures within the region and provide operational status and statistics to the Regional Director for monthly reviews
  • deliver technical support for all technology services and solutions across locations and assist with projects and team member training on procedures and expectations
