- proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google applications, CRM platforms, and catering/event management software
- 3-5 years of experience in catering, hospitality, sales, or event coordination
- college degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred

Job Duties
- support venue & event manager in achieving venue sales goals
- manage event operations and ensure seamless planning and execution of events
- assist with bookings and daily venue operations
- build and maintain strong client relationships
- utilize sales KPIs and CRM systems to track pipeline and performance
- multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client service
