Job Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in catering, hospitality, sales, or event coordination roles
- College degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for hospitality
- Developing sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent relationship-building and communication abilities
- Familiarity with sales KPIs, pipeline management, and CRM systems
- Experience planning and executing events with accuracy and professionalism
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google applications, CRM platforms, and catering/event management software
Job Duties
- Support venue and event manager in achieving venue sales goals
- Manage event operations and logistics from contract to completion
- Assist with booking and scheduling of venue events
- Deliver exceptional client service and maintain strong client relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure event success
- Maintain accurate records and manage event documentation
- Ensure compliance with venue policies and health regulations
