Job Requirements
- Must have daytime and evening availability on weekdays and weekends
- Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, outdoors, in all weather conditions
- Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds

- Assist Ancillary Team with upselling items and in-house merchandise
- Maintain inventory of ancillary products throughout the season
- 2-3 years of management experience preferred
Job Duties
- Communicate with the venue’s core team about staffing, upsell availability and overall execution of upsell programs during the show
- Communicate with the box office manager during the day of show to troubleshoot opportunities with guests, upselling availability or equipment
- Build and maintain all upselling events at both venues and manage Greenfield Lake merchandise in AtVenue
- Provide suggestions to venue leadership based on feedback from team and guests during the day of show, including pricing strategies, best practices and team execution
- Provide feedback on finding new, creative revenue streams for the venue based on day of show experiences and trends
- Secure and reconcile day of show ancillary sales and ready credit sales
- Compile various reports to provide upsell information to venue leadership
- Participate in meetings regarding day of show and ancillary operations
