Job Requirements
- Must be 21 or older
- Hold a high school diploma or GED
- Pass a 6-week intensive initial flight attendant training program
- Demonstrate absolute flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended multi-day trips on short notice
- Ability to meet physical and medical requirements for flight attendants
- Provide proof of legal eligibility to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to complete a 6-week intensive flight attendant training program
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended trips on short notice
- Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations
- Excellent problem-solving and resilience under pressure
Job Duties
- Maintain a dominant state of mission readiness during on-call blocks
- Adapt seamlessly to new crew configurations and execute safety protocols across multiple aircraft types
- Deliver Delta’s standard of hospitality with complex meal services and empathetic passenger care
- Handle sudden itinerary changes and irregular operations with a positive and commanding attitude
- Report to the airport within a strict window when contacted for assignments
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory safety requirements
- Support team dynamics and communication in fast-paced environments
