Job Requirements

Are available to work Monday through Friday
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Prior cleaning experience or equivalent experience
Must complete a background check
Valid driver’s license

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior cleaning experience or equivalent relevant experience
Ability to follow detailed cleaning procedures
Strong communication skills
Valid driver’s license for team leads
Ability to work well in a team environment
Professional and customer-focused attitude

Job Duties

Clean customers’ homes according to Molly Maid standards
Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
Follow the cleaning process to ensure customer satisfaction
If a team lead, manage the team’s schedule and drive safely
Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure the company vehicle is properly stocked
Load the company car with appropriate housekeeping supplies
Deliver consistent, high-quality cleaning services to build customer trust
