Job Duties
- Greeting customers and directing to service advisor when necessary
- Moving customers vehicles through the lane to avoid congestion
- Performing quick alignment check on vehicles over 12,000 miles
- Retrieving customer vehicles upon their arrival for pick-up
- Driving company shuttle or customer vehicles for customer drop-off or repairs
- Keeping service lanes clean using cleaning equipment
- Taking vehicles through car wash when necessary
- Checking in and retrieval of loaner vehicles
- Performing other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management
