- Ability to maintain a notary commission

Job Duties
- Facilitate vehicle acquisitions via an online portal
- Maintain customer appointment calendars and ensure timely communication
- Educate customers on our acquisition process and provide excellent customer service
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and complete necessary paperwork
- Use online tools to value or purchase customer vehicles
- Troubleshoot customer needs and guide them through the process
- Acquire and maintain a notary commission
- Participate in intensive training to stay updated on all vehicle brands and features
- Other duties as assigned by the supervisor
