Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • must be at least 18 years old
  • clean driving record
  • ability to operate manual vehicles
  • capable of maintaining accurate appointment calendars
  • willing to undergo training and obtain notary commission
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends
  • commitment to a drug-free workplace

Job Duties

  • Facilitate vehicle acquisitions via an online portal
  • maintain customer appointment calendars and ensure timely communication
  • educate customers on our acquisition process and provide excellent customer service
  • conduct thorough vehicle inspections and complete necessary paperwork
  • use online tools to value or purchase customer vehicles
  • troubleshoot customer needs and guide them through the process
  • acquire and maintain a notary commission
  • participate in intensive training to stay updated on all vehicle brands and features
  • other duties as assigned by the supervisor
