Job Requirements

High school graduate or equivalent
Must be 18 years or older
Must be able to operate a manual transmission vehicle
Clean driving record
Ability to acquire and maintain a notary commission
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Proficient in time management
Willingness to participate in intensive training
Must comply with drug-free workplace policies

Job Duties

Facilitate vehicle acquisitions via an online portal
Maintain customer appointment calendars and ensure timely communication
Educate customers on our acquisition process and provide excellent customer service
Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and complete necessary paperwork
Use online tools to value or purchase customer vehicles
Troubleshoot customer needs and guide them through the process
Acquire and maintain a notary commission
Participate in intensive training to stay updated on all vehicle brands and features
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
