Job Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must be able to operate a manual transmission vehicle
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to acquire and maintain a notary commission
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in time management
  • Willingness to participate in intensive training
  • Must comply with drug-free workplace policies

Job Duties

  • Facilitate vehicle acquisitions via an online portal
  • Maintain customer appointment calendars and ensure timely communication
  • Educate customers on our acquisition process and provide excellent customer service
  • Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and complete necessary paperwork
  • Use online tools to value or purchase customer vehicles
  • Troubleshoot customer needs and guide them through the process
  • Acquire and maintain a notary commission
  • Participate in intensive training to stay updated on all vehicle brands and features
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
