- 18 years or older
- must be able to operate a manual
- clean driving record
- acquire and maintain a notary commission
- ability to communicate effectively
- willing to work flexible schedule including weekends

- excellent communication skills and a sense of urgency

- strong vehicle product knowledge is a plus
- ability to operate manual transmission vehicles

Job Duties
- Facilitate vehicle acquisitions via an online portal
- maintain customer appointment calendars and ensure timely communication
- educate customers on our acquisition process and provide excellent customer service
- conduct thorough vehicle inspections and complete necessary paperwork
- use online tools to value or purchase customer vehicles
- troubleshoot customer needs and guide them through the process
- acquire and maintain a notary commission
- participate in intensive training to stay updated on all vehicle brands and features
- perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
