- 18 years or older
- ability to operate a manual transmission vehicle
- clean driving record
- drug free workplace compliance
- legal eligibility to work in the US
Job Qualifications

- must be able to operate a manual transmission
- clean driving record
- strong attention to detail and critical thinking abilities
- excellent communication skills and a sense of urgency
- proficient in time management and active listening
- strong vehicle product knowledge is a plus
Job Duties
- facilitate vehicle acquisitions via an online portal
- maintain customer appointment calendars and ensure timely communication
- educate customers on our acquisition process and provide excellent customer service
- conduct thorough vehicle inspections and complete necessary paperwork
- use online tools to value or purchase customer vehicles
- troubleshoot customer needs and guide them through the process
- acquire and maintain a notary commission
- participate in intensive training to stay updated on all vehicle brands and features
- perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
